Appointment Policy
- Appointments at Cowboy Up Men’s Salon is valuable and have been reserved specifically for you.
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us for any reason, including reasons beyond your control, we kindly ask that you notify us 24h prior to your scheduled appointment time.
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24h notice (same day cancellations) will be charged 50% of the booked service.
- Appointments that are missed (no call, no show) will be charged 100% of the booked service.
- A valid Credit Card is required to be on file to reserve your appointment at Cowboy Up Men’s Salon.
- Please arrive EARLY.
- To provide the best service possible for all of our patrons, if for any reason (or no reason) you are late for your appointment and we have walk-ins already waiting in the shop, the walk-in will be taken at that time and we will do our best to work you into the schedule should you arrive.
- Cowboy Up Men’s Salon accepts both walk-ins (when scheduling and availability allows) and appointments 7 days a week.
- By booking an appointment, users agree to receive appointment notifications for bookings, reminders, cancellations, and rescheduling.
