Cowboy Up Men’s Salon is hiring stylists — barbers and cosmetologists — for our Dallas shop in Preston Center. If you care about your craft, take pride in clean lines and want to work somewhere that treats customers like grown men instead of numbers, we’d like to meet you.

What it’s like to work here

A real shop, not an assembly line. We’re not yelling at each other across the floor. We’re not flipping chairs every 12 minutes. Our cutters build a clientele and keep them — the average Maverick customer comes in every three to four weeks for years. You get to do real work and form real relationships.

Country club more than night club. Whiskey poured for the customers when it makes sense. No drama. Music that doesn’t shake the windows.

We use Outlaws & Gents products on the shelf and through the chair — premium-quality, small batch. You’re part of the story. Not an extra.

What we’re looking for

• Licensed barbers with skill in classic men’s haircuts, fades, hot lather neck shaves, and a steady straight-edge hand.
• Licensed cosmetologists with experience cutting men’s hair across all lengths — from short fades to shoulder-length work.

Both barbers and cosmetologists are valued equally here. The line in Texas between the two licenses is a legal one — we treat them as one team.
