What to Expect
Same Hot Towel Face Shave technique you’d get standalone, applied to both the face AND the head in one sitting. Hot lather, hot towels, straight-edge razor work. We take our time. Closer finish than you’ll get with anything in your medicine cabinet.

Will my scalp be sensitive after?
Most guys aren’t. A small percentage are — if you’ve never been straight-edge shaved on top, your stylist will go easier on first appointments and we’ll work up to a closer pass over a few sessions.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Don’t pre-shave the day of your appointment. Let the growth happen so we have something to work with.
How often?
Most Shiner clients do every 3-4 weeks. Some do every 2 weeks in summer.
